When you use ImgPDF, we collect only what's necessary to provide the service: your email (if you create an account), files you upload for processing (temporarily), and basic analytics like tool usage.

2. File Handling

Files you upload are processed securely and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not read, analyze, or share the contents of your files. Files are stored in encrypted storage with signed, expiring download URLs.

3. AI Document Processing

When you use AI features (summarize, translate, chat), only relevant sections of your document are sent to our AI providers. We never send full documents unnecessarily. AI providers do not retain your data.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We track anonymous usage events (tool opened, file processed) to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Advertising

Free users may see Google AdSense ads. AdSense uses cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ad Settings. Pro users see no ads.

6. Data Security

All connections use HTTPS. Files are stored in private cloud storage with signed URLs. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We implement rate limiting and input validation to prevent abuse.

7. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. You can export your processing history. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
