2. Service Description

ImgPDF provides online image processing, PDF manipulation, and AI document tools. We offer free and paid tiers with different usage limits and features.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use ImgPDF to process illegal content, attempt to bypass security measures, distribute malware, or abuse the service through automated scraping or excessive requests beyond normal usage.

4. File Ownership

You retain all rights to files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted per our retention policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

6. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service did not meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

ImgPDF is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from use of the service. Always keep backups of important files.
